Having already prepared and sent hundreds of rewards consisting of just one set (or just a little more than that), we concentrated on packaging the more complex ones, which are finally ready to go!

They are too many however to send them all together, but by the end of next week everything should be in the hands of the post service, and three to five weeks later in YOUR hands!

As anticipated in the campaign page, shipments will be sent priority but untracked, because economy tracked shipping from Italy is not available for all destinations, and too expensive in general (given the fact that according to our experience, priority untracked works flawlessly 99% of the times, and even tracked shipments happened to disappear on a few occasions).

It will take some time, but your dice are on the way, and will be worth the wait ;)

Everything went super smoothly, we have already printed invoices and shipping labels, and the factory completed manufacturing according to schedule: the dice will arrive at the beginning of May, and fulfillment will immediately proceed with packaging and shipping. 

To simplify the process and avoid confusion, we are going to group the reward by content, sending first the orders consisting of just the plain Kickstarter reward tiers, and then the more complex ones with add-ons. 

All going well, we should be done by early / mid June, and you should receive your reward in July as planned (or earlier).  Please note however that delays are still a possibility, due to the unpredictably long customs clearance process for international shipments.

If you really can't wait... enjoy some quick and blurry snapshots by the factory, taken before loading the truck!

Let the fulfillment begin!

We are almost there: the dice will arrive in a few more weeks, and by the beginning of May we shall start packaging your rewards! Please double check your address (you can still update it through Backerkit) and let us know if you need to make last-minute changes to your order (which we'll have to do for you at this time).

Next week we'll start printing invoices and shipping labels, and no further change will be allowed.
